Levin & Associates Co., L.P.A. is a small firm handling a variety of complex litigation in both the State and Federal Courts. Historically, the firm has devoted its energies to four kinds of matters. Each kind - commercial litigation, catastrophic injury, the malpractice of various professionals and child abuse - requires often complex legal work on the one hand and intensive factual preparation on the other. This is the kind of work central to our practice.
In general, our firm is highly selective in its choice of cases, but is willing to undertake representation of a wide variety of matters that call for vigorous advocacy.
